Tweaked Prefix V 1.0.1

Add a drop down menu of selectable thread prefixes to your threads, now with colors

Changes since the orginal release:
----------------------------------

- Prefixes no longer in the title, now it has just like sticky, a place before the title.
- Added colors. (just enter the HTML code with # or the color name.)
- Added edit prefix in edit post.
- Added view prefix in viewthread.
- Added if the prefix isn't allowed, it doesn't showup in edit.
- If the prefix is deleted, it doesn't show the prefix anymore
