A Tweaked up Shoutbox
This is an alterd version of the orginal shoutbox.Changes since the orginal release:

- Added date + time to the shouts
- If a admin, mod, or supermod goes to the shoutbox, and there are less then 50 shouts, it will prune all shouts older dan 16 hours.
- Mods can now delete & alter shouts
- Users can't delete shouts anymore
- UBB buttons
- Smilie popup
- New shouts on top
- Forbidden UBB's (img, list, etc..)
- Adds the shoutbox as a popup in the menu
- Adds a close screen link
