View Own Threads v1.0.5

If this permission setting is enabled, users can only view threads they have started in the specified forum.

This creates a new forum permission (not under quick forum permissions though). If enabled through the permissions page, users in that usergroup will only be able to view threads and reply to threads they have created on the forum. Threads marked as stickies are excepted from this forum permission and anyone can view and reply (if the thread is open). The forum counts that the users will reflect the number of threads that the user has access to, and not the total forum thread/post count.

Installation notes:
- The installation instructions include a -- SQL -- command which is to be run on your MyBB database.
- Please remember to change "mybb_" to your own forum table prefix setting if it is not the same.
