Send an email to an Admin if a registration was made

INSTALL
To install the plugin do the following steps:
1. unpack the *.zip or *.tar.gz archive
2. copy the files and folders of the folder plugin/ to the ROOT of your MyBB
3. go to the ACP and activate the plugin
4. set the correct settings. You find them at the acp at
Configuration -> Settings -> "Email about new members"
