Glow MyCode (designed for 1.2)

Allows for users to use the [glow] tag to make text appear in a 'glowing' fashion.

The Glow tag can be used like the following:
[glow]texthere[/glow]
OR
[glow=blue]texthere[/glow]

Please note that this only Works in Internet Explorer do to limitations with other browsers

Upload to inc/plugins/ and activate in the ACP
