Locked Thread Quick Reply Warning
Makes it more apparent to moderators that a thread is locked.
Sometimes as a moderator/administrator, it's easy not to see that a thread is locked when replying.This is a simple plugin which makes it more apparent that a thread is locked by making the quick reply box red (if the thread is locked).
