Mod/Admin Notes in Profile

Allows mods/admins to keep notes on users in their profile pages.

This is a simple plugin which just adds an Administrative Notes textarea in all user's User Profiles.
These are only viewable and editable by mods/admins.
Useful for keeping notes on users.
