No All Caps in Posts/PMs

This attempts to fix posts which have been posted with IN ALL CAPS. [works with MyBB 1.2.x]

SOMETIMES USERS ARE ANNOYING AND POST ENTIRE MESSAGES IN CAPITALS LIKE THIS.

This plugin tries to detect if an entire post, thread subject or PM is posted entirely in capitals, and then capitalises each letter instead. (note, this plugin will allow posts in all caps if there is only one word in it)

Note that I haven't tested this plugin with varying unicode/character set combinations.
