Scans RSS feeds at a specified interval and posts new RSS items into specified forums as threads.

Install and Usage Instructions:
1) Upload this file into your inc/plugins directory
2) Activate from the Admin CP Plugin Manager.
3) A menu section called "RSS To Post" should show up at the bottom of the ACP navigation bar. Part of the configuration is located there, and the other part is in the normal Board Settings section.

Upgrade Instructions:
1) Deactivate existing installation
2) Follow installation instructions
