Selectable Thread Prefixes

This modification adds a drop down menu to the "New Thread" page allowing users to select a prefix for their thread. The prefixes are added through the administration control panel, where they can also be edited and deleted.

The drop down menu only shows in the forums in which you have enabled it. Therefore, this modification will also add a new option to the forum settings pages of the administratiion control panel, that will allow you to enable the thread prefixes menu on a per forum basis. By default, the menu is disabled in each forum until you choose to enable it.

The new thread prefixes section of the administration control panel added by this modification, is fully integrated with the administrator permissions system, allowing you to specify which administrators can access the new section to manage, delete or add new thread prefixes to the selectable list.
