Usergroups as Moderators

Allows you to add a whole usergroup as forum moderators.

This modification makes it possible to add an entire usergroup as forum moderators. This modification is aimed at people who, for example, have a usergroup of team members, and want to add each member of that group as a moderator of a specific forum without having making the group a "super moderator" group.
