Displays a welcome message to the users!This plugin enables you to have a message displayed ONLY on the forum index, that can be used to give a description of the site, and anything else you might need.

-Uses the boards style to display (it matches!)

-It can show a message to both guests and/or members. It is capable of having two different messages, one for guests and one for members
