Removed the URL string search. Due to the difference in server setups and
languages when seourls is enabled, the page URL isn't a reliable
variable.

Updated resizer function to be called on the window.onload event via
Prototype Event.observer. This prevents resizer from hijacking any other
onload events. Previous version used the document.onload event which would
call resizer function before all images are loaded. Added conditional to
search page URL for showthread.php. This makes sure the resizer function is
only called when a thread is opened.
