I have to agree with the guys above, this has to be the best black based
theme to use with mybb but I won't use it because of the language.
You might be able to copy and paste the default language file but I haven't
attempted to use this file since I first installed mybb. It's easier to use
the Afresh Black style and change the colouring manually in the code. It's
a pain but atleast the ending is unique.

It's easy to make the style in English ( or other language ). I don't know Spanish, but i make it in my language (Bulgarian). If anyone want me to give him the English version of the template just PM me
