While this plugin does what it's meant to do, it breaks up XHTML validation. Its inserts are incorrect.

This plugin is very simple to use. Installs fine on a 1.4.11 forum.
If your announcement doesnt appear after you enter the details, check that
{$rduyuru} has been placed between {$header} and {$forums} in
the index page template.
